Soybean

The soybean has several economic uses. One who is lactose intolerant may be using soybeans by drinking a glass of soy milk. A vegetarian may eat a tofu burger in place of meat, and tofu is made of soybeans. Soybeans are a huge economical plant in the United States. Even all over the world soy is being used in place of other substances. This makes soybeans a necessary part of the economy and the plant world. Without soybeans many of our options for substitutional products would probably plumit and prices for other alternatives would sky rocket, throwing off the crops portion of the economy at the least.
